ARCHITECTURE / OBJECT PLANNING OF BUILDING

The design is geared to the standards and requirements of the children. To pick up the subject and profile of the institution “Triangle” the design is realized in a three-part building structure, expressing itself in a modern form language and contemporary architecture, but is involved harmonically to the surrounding building structure of city centre of Frankenberg. The coloured central building part is characterized with its heightened cubature and the grand scale glass front. Furthermore in this part the main entrance to the building is located. The entrance itself is clearly marked with a small coloured access cube being pushed through the glass front and leading the visitors in the building. The backward front of the building is directed to the playground and dominates with its inclined front. With its sloped single pitch roof and the inclined front the building structure look more dynamic reflecting the children’s mobility.
