Many years of experience of our Engineers in solving of complex geotechnical tasks in the mining and industrial industry are the basis for the provision of soil and rock mechanical services.

With evaluation of the subsoil analysis of approx. 1000 objects, building material assessments, design services, geophysical assessments and soil mechanical field and laboratory investigations we provide the geotechnical expertise with foundation consulting for the different projects in civil, special and hydraulic engineering as well as structural and traffic engineering.

We focus our services on the optimisation of foundation tasks as well as preparation, planning and structurally engineered consulting of special foundations.

Our clients can profit from considerable minimization of construction period and reduction of costs (Vita-Center Chemnitz approx. 5 m €, bio-mechanical treatment facility Cröbern approx. 3.5 m €, building of "Fraunhofer-Institute" Nöthnitzer street Dresden approx. 1.2 m €).

Modern software are available for the evaluation of dimension of buildings, underground cavities, undercrossing and tunnel construction and they are target oriented applied. C&E carried out numerous national and international projects in different sectors. The geotechnical site assessment of landfills in Germany and abroad are especially emphasized.
