Golfbad-Sauna Chemnitz

Under the surface modern building technical installations are hidden: The water technical installations secure a high water quality for all sanitary installations, the heated outdoor basin, the whirlpool and the plunge pool and at the same time secure economical water consumption. The base for the heat supply is a geothermal pump installation, whose heat exchanger with a area of 1200m² was built, economically in frame of the dismantlement of the former indoor pool and the backfilling of the excavation of the old water basin. In addition there is a condensing boiler installation, which serves for the coverage of the peak heat demand. The heated floor in the entire sauna area and the supply-/exhaust air installation ensures of a good room climate. At the same time, these plants are aligned to a minimum energy requirements. Due to the heat recovery degree of 80% the ventilation technology does not require additional heat during the sauna activities.

HLS-Technology

• Redesign of the utilities supply waste water, water and gas
• Central Cold- and hot water supply for the sanitary facilities, the sauna- and outdoor showers, the outdoor water basin, the whirlpool as well as plunge pool
• Water technology for the heated outdoor water basin, whirlpool and font
• Bivalent heat supply with the help of geothermal pump installation and gas boiler
• Economically constructed geothermal exchanger of 1200m² within the scope of backfill of the old water basin

• Aeration- and deaeration of the entire sauna area with the use of a high efficient heat exchanger (Recovery degree 80%)

Electrical Engineering

• Renewal of the entire electrical installations of the existent building
• Use of modern lightning technical installations for the production of a room atmosphere (e.g. programmable LED-Technology) combined with very modern loudspeaker system
