BUILDING SERVICE - Sanitary
Planning and Supervision of the all sanitary facilities (Heating, Ventilation, Sprinkling, Sanitary Facilities), under consideration of the listed parts of the building. Special tasks were to modernize the wooden roof structures and the installation of modern equipment in combination with historic presevation. The offices are heated with tube radiators, the citizen service area with floor heating and the historic Jakobskapelle wir ventilation systems. The hallway is equipped with smoke extraction. All facilities can be remote-controlled. The exhaust hoods in the kitchen area had to be custom build because of the vaulted ceiling. The heating system is connected with the municipal district heat.
