BUILDING SERVICES

A new district heat station consisting of transfer station, pressure main-tenance and heating circuit distributor has been built for the heat supply. For the ventilation of the separate areas a demand-oriented air volume control room by room and thereby a minimization of operating costs with realized. The installation of the electrical structures as well as the IT-facilities has been planned in compliance with the current DIN standards and guidelines of the German Association for Electrical, Electronic & In-formation Technologies (VDE). The water discharge of the roof area is planned as an internal drainage with heated inlet. The drinking water supply was designed according to the new needs data.
The facilities in the plumbed and sanitary rooms were installed according to the requirements in simple standard.
In the design of all facilities high standards at fire protection were taken into account.
A door intercom system was installed to connect the entrance with the reception. The door is furnished with an electric door opener. The signal is located at the reception also.
A building-wide fire protection system was installed and is connected to the control station of the fire brigade. The scale complies with the structural andregulatory conditions.
For a barrier-free entrance to the building person cable elevators with a frequency-controlled, permanently excited synchronous machine with a capacity of 8 persons (630 kg) was installed.
