• own electric power supply installation with emergency backup generator as well as central battery and two uninterruptible electric power supply installations
• low - voltage switchgear with 8 main distributions, 32 meter panel installations of it 9 exchange counters as well as idle compensation
• low-voltage installation system with 102 secondary distributors, 20 substations of the security illumination, 166 km cable and wire, of it 13 km security cable as well as 36 km cable laying system, of it 7 km security laying system as well as all installation equipment in conventional and EIB-Technology
• adapted to the building character illumination system with 3.344 single luminaries, of it 742 luminaries of the safety lighting, furthermore 79 bus bars with 198 spotlights as well as stage lighting with pole luminary hanger and 12 floodlights
• decorative building illumination with spotlights and ground up lights
• complete lightning protection system with lighting conductor, earthing and potential equalizing
• several frequency converters for ventilation technical actuation
• communication technology with 19 distributor cabinets and 1682 data- and FM-circuit points as well as LWL - cross linking and structured cabling to the respective close box
• BMA and ELA-installation with 1.498 punctual detectors as well as 8 linear detectors and 1.016 loudspeakers and cabling

Planning of the entire heating technical installations in consideration
of the existing listed building substance in the following extent:

• long distance heating- and long- distance cold transfer station with an output of 1.400 kW or rather 800 kW
• main distribution in the basement and 4 central supply shafts for the supply of all areas and floors
• several different heating systems, adapted to the use specific requirements like e.g.:
• floor heating in the Adult education center
• shapely radiators as tube radiators in the entrance area and in the representative areas
• small plain convectors on the window facades
• individual heating of several areas over the ventilation installation
• an extensive heating- and cold network for the flexible supply of all areas
• consumption measurement of all leasing areas for heating and cold
• cold water network enables also at a later time an individual adaptation/expansion of the cooling in the trade units
• gate air curtain installation at all main entrance doors for reduction of the cold air incidence in wintertime

Planning of the entire ventilation and air-conditioning technical installation in consideration
of the existing listed building substance in the following extent:

• new ventilation and air-conditioning technical installations with a complete air flow rate of approximately 165.000 m³/h
• all RLT-installations equipped with heat recovery installation
• individual use specific RLT-installations for the Adult Education center, Library, New Saxon Gallery, Natural History Museum, trade units
• complete air-conditioning for the high sensitive areas of the magazines of the library and the Natural History Museum with the functions heating, cooling, filtration, demist and moistening
• decentralized re-heater and after cooler for the individual supply of the trade units on the first floor
• individual use of the ventilation system for night cooling
• complete control and regulation over the DDC-substations with superordinated building construction including visualization on the GLT-computer
• control and adaption of the given-/ actual values over the main computer
• security-overpressure- ventilation-installation in the Basarkehouse with 14.000 m³/h
• 14 smoke exhaust scenarios with point-exact removal of smoke and supply air after-flow, steered over the BMA with total air conduction of 200.000 m³/h

• Regulation or rather control of all heating-, sanitary-, and ventilation technical installations over altogether 5 autarkic DDC-substations
• Building construction with display of all plant conditions, faults etc.
• Visualization of all plant components with the possibility for attending, changing, adaption of the asset values - registration, detention and analyzing of long term data

Planning of the entire sanitary technical installations under consideration of the existing
building substance in the following extent:

• the individual use adapted drinking water network inside the building with the possibility of the consumption registration for the single leasing areas
• central hot water production for the Adult Education Center, decentralized hot water production for other areas
