Planning of the entire technical installations considering the existing listed building substance with the following extent:
- own power supply central battery safety wiring
- low voltage switchgear including two main distributors (each 4 cabinets), exchange counter as well as reactive current compensation
- low voltage installations including 51 sub-distributors, one sub-station of the security lighting, 93 km cables and wires, 2 km cable laying system as well as all installations in conventional and EIB-technology
- a lighting system including 1.490 single luminaires, 81 luminaires of the security lighting, building illumination with ground uplights
- complete lightning protection system including lightning conductor, earthing and potential equalizing
- communication technology including 8 distributing cabinets and 1400 data circuit points and frequency modulation installations as well as fiber optic cable networking to the corresponding termination box
- fire detection system and electroacoustic alarm system with punctual detectors as well as 96 loudspeakers including cabling
- burglar alarm system with 6 monitored areas, 16 detectors and escape door controls
- Clock system as well as various luminous call systems and electric bell systems
- 8- passenger elevator, handicapped accessible
heating
Planning of the entire heating technical installations under attention of the available listed building substance with the following extent:
- conventional heating installation in the new building, old building and villa, with local heating supply from the existing boiler house
- rewiring of the local heating supply on the premises, approx. 300m overall length
- heating sub-station in the building parts
- approximately 340 slab-radiators, of which approximately 50 radiators as tubular radiators in representative areas (floors, foyer, villa)
Ventilation
- aeration and deaeration installations in the new building for the course room, bakery, learning kitchen, butcher shop with individual quantity per room over any one operator tableau, airquantity approximately 10.000 m³/h
- aeration an deaeration installation in the old building for the output kitchen with approximately 2.000 m³/h
- several decentral exhaust air installations for the interior sanitary rooms
- air circulation cooling equipment in several course rooms as multi-split installations
Sanitary
- adapted sanitary installations to the demands of a modern vocational school with wash-stand in the class rooms, gypsum reservoir, utility sinks in specific class rooms
- central hot water production in the new building and old building for the supply of the terminal stations with hot water
process measuring and control technology/building control
- single room settlement of the heater in the course rooms with superior GLT - control of the facility manager room
- control and settlement of the aeration and deaeration installations for the course rooms and the output kitchen with superior GLT - control of the facility manager room
- Visualization of all building installations on the GLT-computer
