• Ventilation- and aearation system archive- and technology area as well as advisory rooms municipality
• redundant air conditioning of the server room of the municipality, cooling capacity 120 kW
• Aeration systems for all sanitary areas on the office storeys
• Ventilation systems central market with functional areas for meat processing, baker as well as fruits and vegetables

• Sprinkler system for the underground car park, the user ground floor and first

• Construction gas extinguish system for the Server room of the municipality
• Construction drying standpipe mounting pillar for 4 stairwells
• Equipment of the entire building with extinguishers

Sanitary

• Lifting installations and extractor for the wastewater disposal
• Construction of a flexible drinking water distribution for approx. 30 different users
• Sanitary equipment of all users, including:

- Central market with intakes and sanitary objects for the meat processing as well as the baker
- physiotherapy with exercise pool (around 30 square meter)
- 2 restaurants with kitchen area
