Planning of the entire elctrical engineering installations to the following extent:

• Office- and business building with energy efficient lighting systems and data- communication connectios for the employees of the municipality and other tenants.
• Electrical installations for the retail trade shops, markets, restaurants and cultural institutions.
• Underground car park with emergency power supply, central battery facility and energy systems for the entire building in the basement.
• The energetic and information technical devolpment of the building is made over 4 main lifting platforms over 5 storeys.
• Data connection for the municipality with fibre optic cables from the town hall.
• Security systems and data systems will be provided with emergency power supply, battery system and USV in case of a power outtage.
• TV-, FM-installations for all tenants.
• Fire-detection system, as well as smoke- and heating exhaust systems in connection with an distress call information system.
• Escape door control system and door intercom system.
• BOS-radio installation for the fire brigade Chemnitz for the building complex in case of an emergency.
• Complete lightning protection system including earthing and equipotential bonding.
