BUILDING SERVICES

To reconstruct the existing apartment blocks to low-barrier apartments it was necessary to lay all the utility lines new. Due to the variety of the floor plans there were no more central arranged utility shafts. Particularly attention was laid on the creation of the baths with the showers on the same level as the floor. In the service area in the ground floor of the Workers Samaritan Federation a therapeutic bath, general toilettes as well as a kitchen for the cafeteria have been integrated. Heating and technical installationshave been placed on the underground floor.
