STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
The supporting structure is formed by a two-aiseled hall (range 27 meters and 30 meters, centre distance 12 meters) with two storied extensions. The hall is constructed from prefabricated prestressed concrete girders and prestressed concrete purlins, as well as prefab element columns and directed foundation. The test cells inside the hall set highest requirements to architectural acoustics. All test cells were uncoupled from vibration. Another special feature of the concept was the usage of prestressed ceilings.
