Modernisation historical City hall
- replanning of the entire mechanical and electrical installations in consideration of the requirements of the conservation of historic monuments and fire prevention (timber beam floor)
- realization of a fire-sprinkler system for the open stair area for fire prevention
- complete renewal of the heating system
- air-conditioning and ventilation plant for the new integrated citizens community centre
- replanning of the electrical systems and communication systems
- integration of an elevator suitable for handicapped persons into the existing building
Extension building for the historical city hall with integrated hall for citizens, office area and sales area
- realization of the entire mechanical and electrical installations in consideration of the different specific requirements of the users for the area of offices, sales and the hall for citizens
- construction of a fire-sprinkler system for the hall for citizens, foyer and sales area
- tempering of the building by concrete core activation with heating- and cooling function
- heating of the hall for citizens and office area by heated floor
- air-conditioning and ventilation plant for the hall for citizens including variable air power up to 20.000 m³/h
- air-conditioning and ventilation plant for the sales area (air power 25.000m³/h)
- construction of a reserve power supply to supply safety installations
- construction of electrical and communication systems in consideration of the special requirements of the hall for citizens as well as the municipal office areas
