BUILDING SERVICE

In the northeastern part of plauen an outpatient centre for rehabilitation was built. Besides to the rehab with focus on orthopaedics, the centre offers physiatrics, ergotherapy, speech therapy, nutritional consulting, medical strengthening therapy, health- and preventative courses on an area of 2,800 m². Also a public sauna and a large exercise pool complete the portfolio of individual training and therapy. The centre consists of a two-storied main building with an underground garage and the bathhouse. Both buildings are connected. In the cellar of the bathhouse all necessary technology is located. The following services were realized:

Electrotechnology

• Central battery for emergency lighting on the floors and in the staircases
• Low voltage distribution with main- and sub distribution
• Low voltage system in conventional engineering
• lighting system with 106 lamps - in accordance to the building character 
• complete lightning protection with conductors, grounding and equipotential bonding
• complete inforamtion technology, fire alarm system, house alarm, antenna system, light signalling system
• Car park and path lighting, as well as barrier system
