- Low-voltage switchgear with sub-distributors in all floors
- General lightning installation adapted to the character of the listed building, safety lighting as well as diverse spotlights for setting accents
- Telecommunication technology with data- and FM circuit points in structured cabling
- Fire alarm system with acoustic alarm signal
