The listed building "Erich-Mühsam-Straße 13" was renovated for the client "Grundstücks- und Gebäudewirtschafts-Gesellschaft m.b.H.". THe result were eight flats (4x three rooms and 4x four rooms), with spaces between 75 m² and 83 m² . The renovation of the building from 1937 went along with changings in the floor plan, insulation (up-tp-date with the valid EnEV), installation of energy efficient windows, the addition of balconys and renewal of the roof and building service.
