Structural Engineering

The community center and administration center "Moritzhof" is located between the station and Moritz street in the city center of Chemnitz.
The reinforced concrete frame with the two courtyards comprises two basement levels with parking areas and equipment rooms and seven upper floors, where a numbers of offices of the city, as well as the Sparkasse are.
By order of "Erfurth and Partner" we were responsible for the structural design of the lower floors.
The two parking levels are characterized by structural columns, beams and pulleys for stabilization, as well as connecting ramps and elevators.
