Conversion and modernisation of a shopping center with parking lot and delivery zone in Auerbach during ongoing operation

Planning of the entire heating-, ventilation-, sanitary- and electrical installations including gradual disassembly of the old installations with the following extent of the new installations:

Electrical engineering

• Transformer and medium-high voltage installation
• Low voltage switchgear with a main power panel and meter panel installation
• Low voltage switchgear installation with several subdistribution boards
• General- and safety lighting installations, as well as parking lot- and advertisement lighting

• Integration of new heat consumers in the established heating system

• Sanitation facilities at the Meat- and sausage counter
