GENERAL PLANNING

New building of a production hall with office area

• difficult building ground and groundwater conditions (Construction ground drainage / with it feeding biotop)
• Renaturation of several Groundwater control points at the foot of the former airport dump
• Construction of a modern Extension (hall, social building and foreman office) which is construed to the needs of the technologies of the mechanical engineers (deep hole bore of semi-finished parts of the Tool- and Mechanical engineering) on the area of Glumann Mechanical Engineering AG, which should be construed of the perspective planned expansion of the hall
• Highest flexibility inside the building (clear-span), to afford rebuilding in the current production process (including deep foundation with bored piles); crane way with 2 bridge crane plants (1x 20t, 1x 8t)
• Design of the facade: Utilization of modern building elements (Time-/Cost factor) below comprehension of the Corporate Identity of the client
• Heating: Establishing a connection to the existing long-distance heat connection of the inventory building
• Ventilation system with heat recovery
• Illumination according to workplaces policy and in consideration of the crane way plant
• Outdoor installation: partly sealed fire lane as well as for heavy - vehicle traffic construed hall forecourt; partly slope protection in the direction of the Airport dump
