STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

The "Markthalle" (market hall) offers an area of 2,500 m² for bicycles and suitable equipment - all you could possibly want for your bike. The 120 years old building now contains a branch of " Fahrrad XXL Emporon", which offers a wide range of Mountainbikes, Hybrid Bikes, BMX Bikes and Racing Bikes. A special Challenge was to include a 300 Meters testing route. Equipment like handlebars, saddles or lighting can be checked out directly in the store. Panel debates, presentations and events on the theme of bicycles can be held with portable stages. Therefore special steel installations had to be planned and built.
