BUILDING SERVICES

Reconstruction and remediation of existing prefabricated buildings of the 1960s in order to be used as barrier free senior citizens residential homes.

Each water heating installation was connected to the two existing district heating station. A system separating waste water and rainwater according to regulations was produced up to the collector arranged gable-sided. The inside bathrooms and kitchens were provided with ventilation systems.
The drying rooms at the basement were provided with a wall installation ventilator which is controlled by a humidity sensor.
The weather compensated heating control is effected by the district heating transfer station. New compact heating surfaces were installed. The bathrooms received bathroom radiators with electric heat cost allocators.
All services for electric installations are based on the compliance with regulations as well as DIN standards according to VDE.
