OVERALL PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Baltic Sea bath Sellin / Ruegen modification and reorganization of the listed spa house Sellin with cure hall, library, gallery, cure café, tourist information as well as office and management areas and leisure facilities.
The architectural concept plans the maintenance of the building ensemblecomposed of three sections. The central yard, which is available for different kinds of events, forms the core. The newly arranged entrance hall with associated library as well as the winter garden and the colonnade allow various variants of use. Likewise, the multi-functional use of the cure hall was of most interest for meetings, concerts, exhibitions etc. Handling existing buildings carefully secures the re-establishment of the original state under conservation criteria.
