BUILDING SERVICES

It is not a daily task to plan the technical building equipment for such a building ensemble. Helpful were the experiences of our engineers especially when it comes to the high-quality design of the guest area, the conference rooms and the catering trade. The close contact between the architects and interior designers in our building allow the almost "invisible" media management and the reserved but effective use of the complete building air conditioning. A special highlight and the "whole pride" of our building services planner, is the wellness area of the hotel in the garden storey in the main building. The planning of the complete kitchen block as a requirement for a high-class catering trade round of the work image of our building services planner on this project.
