Gym with social building
- reinforced concrete - flat roof on itself to the bearing juvenescent steel beams and built-in reinforced concrete columns
- infill of the wall area through masonry
- social building with reinforced concrete-flat roof on masonry walls and reinforced concrete columns -steel trapezoidal roof on steel beam bearing over the equipment room
- foundation with the help of bucket foundation and strip foundation in frost-free depth
- sub concrete under the foundation up to the stable subsoil of the fitting flow ballast
- partition objects without basement
New building teaching building
- Roof construction: combination of leafy reinforced concrete - flat roof and single-pitch roof in carpenter-moderate execution in glued wood and softwood, roof construction made of wood partly visible
- composite construction of masonry, bolt and supports as well as roof slabsceiling partly with floor openings for the illumination of the first floor
- Generous façade glassing in the stair case areas and in the class rooms in the first floor through a superior Pile-wale-façade
- Bracing through stair case walls out of reinforced concrete in exposed concrete execution as well as by side by side walls of KS-masonry
- Foundations with single foundations and strip foundations
- Subconcrete under the foundation up to the bearing subsoil of the fitting flow ballast
- Prefabricated - base plates as frost barriers in the area of the façade glassing
- Steel fiber armed ground plates in the area of the machine cabinets in the first floor
- Sub-objects without basement
- Connection of the new building with the old building through a connection structure without basement out of a glassed steel construction

- Connection of the first upper floors through a steel-timbered-bridge with reinforced concrete bearing surface
Old building
- Dismantling of the existing outside wall plates including the underpinning of the existing construction through steel beams and steel shoring
- Dismantling of the available inner wall panels including the underpinning of the existing construction through steel beams and steel shoring
- Floor-closing in the area of the existing elevator shaft
- Heightening of the intermediate's old building by one floor in masonry design with reinforced concrete-flat roof
- Dismantling of existing solid entrance roofing
