New building by in-fill development in a historically grown surrounding demands a high degree of intuitive feeling from the architect. In the concrete case it was in particular the colour and material choice of the cladding panels and the window formats, which close optically harmoniously the gap in the house line, without denying the new buildings character at the same time. The modern, high-quality well-equipped flats, partly arranged on duplex levels and the generous balconies were a "renting guaranty" for our building owner from the first day on.
