General Planning

Changing a whole listed casern complex for a completely new usage is quite a challenge for an architect. Long lasting experience with planning and building with built volumes, as well as according references convinced the building owner to assign us with this project. In clearance with client, operator and responsible preservationists a unique integrated concept for senior-care and generation-spanning habitation developed. The building project is characterized by the cooperation of historically precious building details, up-to-date and functional requirements, impressive cubic content but also by a park-like property.
