Filling the gars of a road, which is affected by start-up period is every time an architectural chellange. In this case the answer is a consequent and well seeing colour design to create identity "house by house" and in the same time designed quotes of the allied building to insert into the road. Another complicate problem is the extensive program of the room requirement in proportion to the limited lot area. Multiple optimizations inside of the ground plan and the maximum utilization of the lot area made it possible to solve the problem.
